Hog Hacks, hosted by the University of Arkansas (UARK), is a 24-hour hackathon where participants collaborate to design and build an innovative application from scratch. This competition challenges students to apply their technical and creative skills to develop a functional prototype, whether it be a web app, mobile app, or software solution.
Taking place from April 3rd to April 4th in Fayetteville, this hackathon is open to all skill levels. While experience with front-end frameworks and back-end development can be beneficial, even basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is enough to get started. Teams will have access to mentorship, networking opportunities, and the chance to present their projects for judging. If you're looking for a fast-paced, hands-on coding experience, Hog Hacks is the perfect event to challenge yourself and build something incredible.
